Inpsired by the rocky coast of Maine, this mixed media lighthouse has loads of texture and layers of collage. Peeking through are elements such as an old air mail letter from WWII and bits of a map. I thought of the storms that rage against these old buildings, many of which are nearly 200 years old. Yet they still stand with so many stories to tell.
